The end of 2025 saw the culmination of a two-and-a-half-year project to upgrade our business systems and reduce our operating expenses.
A major component of the project included moving from aging internal systems, including our customer and affiliate portals, to a hosted solution offered by PepperTag, a leader in software for copyright-licensing organizations such as Copyright Licensing New Zealand, the Irish Copyright Licensing Agency and CLASS (Singapore). Additionally, we moved our accounting systems from the Oracle platform to NetSuite.
This complex project was a huge undertaking, involving the entire staff of Access Copyright. While maintaining regular operations, the team defined system requirements, oversaw development, completed iterative testing, participated in training and communicated the upgrade to our affiliates and customers.
The migration from our old to our new systems was completed in late December without issue or delay.
